GENTLE MOVEMENT

We'll start with 20-minutes of gentle movement to shift your attention toward the needs of your body so that you can feel spacious, grounded, and centered.

CONSCIOUS BREATHING

As your body begins to relax, we'll breathe consciously for 15-minutes to balance the nervous system so you can feel more present, calm, and balanced.

GUIDED MEDITATION

Your body and mind will be ready to go into the profoundly therapeutic guided meditation and after 45-minutes of yoga nidra, you'll feel completely renewed.

I’m a Certified Yoga Therapist and creator of Make Peace with Stress and Reset & Restore.

Since 2005, I’ve been teaching the insights and practices of yoga to help my students feel calm and balanced.

Because our modern lives don’t include enough restorative time to unplug, decompress, and reconnect with ourselves, our nervous systems are overwhelmed.

That’s exactly why I offer this mini-retreat. And doing this retreat at home is especially valuable—it helps you learn to create time for yourself within your current situation.
