Discover the magic of making small but powerful shifts to your daily routine so that you can consistently take care of yourself and accomplish all of your goals.

Module 6 | INTENTION

You'll practice showing up for yourself and your life deliberately, with grace, so that you can be patient and confident, and focus on what's truly important to you.

HERE'S HOW THAT WORKS IN THE CIRCLE:

During our 9-months together, we'll go through the curriculum 3 consecutive times. 

At first, you're learning a new method, you'll have a whole bunch of a-ha moments and start to take charge of your stress response. It will feel amazing to have new practical tools that work. But the patterns that fuel your stress are well ingrained so one round is not enough for lasting change.

Then, you recognize the opportunity for lasting change and the curriculum takes you deeper into how to use challenges as catalysts for growth. It'll be obvious to you that you're in a better place. And as you start healing long-standing patterns, your second round will be full of insight and clarity.

The third round is a big breakthrough because you feel much more balanced overall and you're calm enough to hear and trust your inner wisdom. Your confidence about what you want and how to use that as a compass for your life will feel amazing. You'll be at peace with yourself in ways you only used to dream about.
