Hey there smart, competent woman—I see you.
You care. A lot. About your family and friends. About the work that you do, helping others, and making a difference in the world in your own way.
And so you show up and give your best at home, to your work, and to everyone and everything else that's important to you.
But there's a problem.
Even though you seem fine on the outside—you're composed and put up a strong front—inside, you're struggling:
>> You can't relax because you're overwhelmed, anxious, and worried about a million things.
>> You don't sleep well even though you're absolutely exhausted and running on empty.
>> You feel over-extended, rushed, and think you have to do, handle, and fix everything.
>> Your mind races and you can't sit still because there's something you should be doing.
>> You can't accomplish your bigger goals and secretly fear you're just not good enough.
You're so capable in many areas of your life but you wonder: Why can't I figure out how to feel better?
