You care. A lot. About your family and friends. About the work that you do, helping others, and making a difference in the world in your own way. And so you show up and give your best at home, to your work, and to everyone and everything else that's important to you.
But there's a problem.
Handling it all is becoming unmanageable. Even though you seem fine on the outside—you're composed and put up a strong front—if you're anything like the many women I've helped over the years, inside, you're struggling.
>> Maybe you can't relax because you're overwhelmed, anxious, and worried about a million things.
>> Maybe you don't sleep well even though you're absolutely exhausted and running on empty.
>> Maybe you feel over-extended, rushed, and think you have to do, handle, and fix everything.
>> Maybe your mind races and you can't sit still because there's something you should be doing.
>> Maybe you can't accomplish your bigger goals and secretly fear you're just not good enough.
And even though you're juggling a lot, you worry you're not doing enough! Not enough for your family and home, and not enough for your work.
And you know you're not doing enough for yourself.
