Here’s how it works:

Three times during the year we’ll go through the Make Peace with Stress curriculum together as a group. We do one Module per week for 6 weeks and the schedule for this next year is:

FALL SESSION: September 22 – November 2 

WINTER SESSION: January 19 – February 29 (leap!)

SPRING SESSION: May 10 – June 20

Between sessions, you practice integrating what you’ve learned into your life and we’ll connect once a month so you can get guidance, support + loving accountability to stay on track. 

Three is, in fact, a magic number.

++  The first time you go through the Make Peace with Stress curriculum, you have a whole bunch of a-ha’s and start to take charge of your inner struggle. It feels so good to have a few practical tools that are simple to do and work so well. But here’s the truth: your patterns of stressing are pretty well ingrained and don’t magically disappear. So…

++ The second time through feels fresh and relevant yet in a different way than before. You’re on an upward spiral. You’re definitely in a better place in your life and ready to open up to some of your long-standing patterns. (We all have ’em!) It’s comforting to reconnect with the familiarity of the program and you get waaay more depth and insight. And then…

++ The third time really is a charm because you’ve embraced your inner experience as a valuable compass for life and are present and calm enough to listen and trust. You’re more confident and increasingly able to discover and welcome what you want for yourself. Your continual growth is inevitable, you know it, and feel at peace with life in ways you used to dream about.




One of the best parts about Make Peace with Stress is that it’s designed to fit into your busy life.

You might be wondering how you’re going to make time for yet another thing?! I completely understand and have made it easy by building habit-building science right into the program. 

When you want to start a new habit, the #1 rule is start small and take baby steps.

So during week 1 you only need 5-minutes each day. The practices for week 2 take about 7 minutes. Week 3, 10ish. It averages to 15-minutes and will be the most valuable time you spend because it will improve the rest of your day, week, and life. 

I promise it’s very doable and the truth is, your health and wellbeing deserve a bit of your time.

Here’s how easy it will be:

Sunday: You’ll get an email about the next Module and take a moment to mark your calendar for the week’s practices, print any worksheets, and watch the Module Lesson Video.

Monday: You’ll practice. This may be a short guided meditation, breathing, or movement, or a worksheet with a few questions. The practices are potent and help you build life-changing skills. 

Tuesday: We’ll have our Connected Coaching Call so that you can any get personal support, guidance, and loving accountability you need. These are always recorded if you can’t make it live.

Wednesday: Practice. Remember, the science of habit-building is woven into the program so it’s immediately doable and you easily begin to make a bit more time for yourself each week.

Thursday, Friday, Saturday: One or two more practices during these 3 days.

We all have times we want to wipe the slate clean and start over. This video mini-program offers the step-by-surprisingly-simple-step to do just that in your life.

Each day, you’ll receive an email with a short video lesson and worksheet to help you integrate the lesson into your day. And in just five short days you’ll have shifted your attention to what’s important to you so that you feel like you have a new beginning and chance to rewrite your future.


This audio meditation course combines mindfulness with the science of habit building to make a simple, 10-minute meditation part of your day with ease.

Delivered via email over the course of 10 days, each meditation is helpful on its own and progressively longer so not only do you increase your ability to focus, but you have a bunch of varying length audio files to use based on how much time you can make to meditate.


Integrating yoga into your life is simpler than you think. The simple yoga challenge offers 6 practices with gentle movement, basic breathing, and mindfulness.

You get one video practice each day for six days and a worksheet to track your progress. One day 7, I’ll teach you how to create your own simple, therapeutic practice based on what you’ve learned so that you can have a go way to feel better in your body and mind at any time.











I stand behind Make Peace with Stress 100% so I’m going to take all the risk. 

Your personal growth is the most important thing to me and I’m confident you’ll get that from this program if you give 100%. If you fully participate in the first 3 weeks and determine that it’s not right for you, then I’ll give you a swift and complete refund.

Your end: Fully engage in the program for the first 3 weeks, including:

  1. Watching the lesson videos and attending the weekly coaching calls;
  2. Completing all accompanying Growth Work and practices;
  3. Asking any questions and sharing any concerns.
